The Pursuit of Perfection
Based in Dorset, VanHaven started as a specialist workshop and grew into one of the UK's leading custom Transporter builders. We do not copy trends. Every van is designed and built for one owner.
It is a van, but also your office, your camper, your daily driver. We build it to work as all three if that is what you need.

British-built in our Dorset workshop. Design, fabrication and fit-out under one roof.
Interior Trim & Textiles
Nappa leather, Alcantara and hard-wearing finishes are cut, checked and stitched to suit the build, not pulled from a generic shelf.
Performance Bay & Composite Work
Carbon fibre, Kevlar and machined alloys are shaped, bonded and checked for fit before they go near the van.
Acoustic Engineering & Soundproofing
Road roar, vibration and rattles are dealt with layer by layer, using the right barriers, seals and fixing points.
Craft Inspection
Stitching, joins, surfaces and fixings are checked under strong light before sign-off.
Dynamic Road Testing
Every build is driven, checked for noise, braking, handling and anything that feels off.
The Silence Audit
Using specialised acoustic checks, we hunt down rattles, vibration and road noise before handover.
